Carramar is located near the centre of the town of Stanthorpe and adjacent to the Stanthorpe Health Service. Living at Carramar there are plenty of places to sit and relax, socialise and take time to read a good book, or just enjoy the leafy aspect of this unique location. Common areas The 14 residents of B Wing and the 26 residents of A, D, E, F and G Wings have their own private, airconditioned dining/lounge room to dine or relax. They can also access the outdoors from this area. Karinya Court residents have an airconditioned combined dining/lounge room. They also have access to a secure external garden area with shading and seating. Residents in C Wing have access to wide sunny corridors and seating areas adjacent to their rooms as well as a lounge that accommodates 12 people. Residents can join those from other areas for meals in the main airconditioned dining room which accommodates 40-45 people. All residents and visitors have the opportunity to join in activities and celebrations in the activities/lounge area which comfortably accommodates 30 people.
