Common areas The Tulloch wing has a large dining/lounge area accommodating up to 40 people and has a television and piano. There is access to outdoor shaded areas seating barbecue and landscaped gardens. Two smaller lounge areas for eight people are also available. All common areas in Tulloch House are air-conditioned.The Kooltoopa wing has a large well-appointed dining room for 50 residents a large carpeted lounge/activities room with TV and piano. Wide glassed corridors with seating provide a relaxed place for residents to enjoy the day. There is also a small library with lots of natural light and access to an indoor courtyard and sunroom to be enjoyed for up to 10 people. A laundry is also available for resident’s personal use. The Cooinda East wing has a dining room lounge room and sunroom for 11 people. There is access via a patio area to barbecue facilities and external garden areas for residents and visitors.The secure dementia wing has a dining room lounge and television area for eight residents. There are outdoor patios walking areas raised garden beds and sensory gardens for residents and visitors to enjoy.
