PresCare Groundwater Lodge

Aged Care Find welcomes PresCare Groundwater Lodge in Granville, QLD 4650 residents are encouraged to personalise their rooms by bringing items from their previous home.

PresCare Groundwater Lodge is built on several acres of landscaped property in the Maryborough suburb of Granville (adjacent to the Fraser Coast).

In 2006, PresCare Groundwater Lodge won an award in the Professional Services Category for Customer Service. This home emphasises the concept of making the environment as homely as possible. This includes a number of pets communally cared for by residents on-site, meals in one's own room, outdoor pergola areas, musical events, involvement with schools, arts and crafts and a number of other creative endeavours.

The original 30 beds have now been complemented with a modern Special Care Unit opened in 2004, comprising two separated 10 bed units (20 beds), providing the uniqueness of assisting residents with daily activities to maintain their independence. A further 10 modern rooms have since been added to the home making the majority of this home, the most modern of all of our facilities.
