Redland Residential Care is a high care residential aged facility specialising in dementia and frail aged care. At Redland Residential Care we offer a multidisciplinary approach to care. Residents relatives/carers and healthcare professionals are all involved in the care planning process.Redland Residential Care consists of four units: Acacia Boronia Red Gum and Blue Gum Courts. Red Gum Blue Gum and Boronia Courts cater for frail aged residents. Acacia Court accommodates residents with dementia who need a secure environment and can not be accommodated in the general frail aged environment. At Redland Residential Care each unit is identical in layout. Each resident has their own bedroom with shared ensuite and individual split air conditioner. All rooms have a view onto the landscaped gardens.The facility is conveniently located in the same precinct as Redland Hospital and provides access to professional services for the continuing health of our residents.
