In Lundie House the Nursing Home section a Registered Nurse is available at all times within the 24-hour period. Endorsed Enrolled Nurses and Enrolled Nurses are also employed in this section assisting with the delivery of complex and technical care needs to our Residents. Assistant in Nursing staff work in all areas – Lundie House McAuley and Inala. Wardsperson staff assist nursing and activities staff in delivering care to our Residents. Activities are organised by Staff in the Diversional Therapy Department. Currently there are 5 Staff in this Department the Activities Manager having a Diversional Therapist Level 1 Certificate whilst another staff member has a Leisure & Lifestyle certificate. Other members in the team are currenly undergoing study in this area. Support Services staff provide catering cleaning and laundry services to our Residents. All clothes and linen supplies are attended on site in our commercial laundry. The Catering department provides meals for our 88 Residents. All meals are cooked from fresh ingredients in our commercial kitchen and no cook chill system is used for pre cooking the meals – we say Fresh is Best!
