Pilgrim, a 39 place low care Juniper Residential facility is situated on the corner of Wolsely and Preston Point Roads in the beautiful locale of East Fremantle. Pilgrim provides 24 ‘mainstream' low care with 1 respite place, and 15 dementia specific care places. There are also 10 one bedroom independent living apartments.

From its elevated position, the residential facility offers glimpes to the ocean and Swan River. Pilgrim's original life was as "Lockerley" a gorgeous federation residence which stood until 1975 when the 'hostel' and independent living units were built in its place.

The facility takes advantage of the views by providing a covered outdoor area at the front, and foyer lounge with extensive windows. There is a large communal dining /activity room which residents enjoy many social functions and activities. Hairdressing salon, small shop, doctor's room and several smaller discreet lounge areas complement the individual resident rooms.
