Bethanie Fields caters for residents who require care and assistance on a daily basis. Support services include personal care, medication and treatment, laundry and room cleaning.

Assistance is available 24 hours a day. The facility has two 65 room environments with single and double rooms. Each room has an over-bed table, built-in wardrobe, ensuite and specialised care bed. All rooms have a pleasant aspect, either to gardens or a central courtyard.

At Bethanie Fields residents enjoy a mixture of smaller private spaces and communal facilities which allow them to choose where they spend their time. There are larger and smaller dining rooms, lounges with tea and coffee making facilities and smaller sitting areas.

A small shop and café, hairdresser, consulting room and Staying Active Centre (designed to maintain and improve residents' mobility and general fitness) are located on the central boulevard. This sweeping avenue is central to all the accommodation wings, and includes seating nooks where residents can meet with family and friends.
